Meet Catherine Porter, the Executive Director of The Center for Integrated Wellness and the Executive Director of Advocate BroMenn Health & Fitness Center and the Training and Performance Center! She will be responsible for fostering collaborations and synergies among four separate entities of the Center for Integrated Wellness; Advocate BroMenn Health & Fitness Center, McLean County Orthopedics, Advocate BroMenn’s Cardiac Rehabilitation and Training and Performance Center, to create a unique environment of well-being and performance.
Catherine brings 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry to her position at The Center for Integrated Wellness. She holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Purdue University.
She is actively involved in the community by supporting the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity of McLean County – Women Build through Leaders on Loan, and graduate of the 2015-2016 McLean County Chamber of Commerce Leadership class.
Catherine currently resides in Hudson with her husband, Wade, and their 3 children.
