There are many different ways to participate in physical activity and my goal is to find the exercises that fit each individual the best in order to keep them motivated and safe. I am a former college athlete and have experience in a wide range of sports and sport performance. I am passionate about connecting with you in order to make sure you enjoy your health and fitness journey and I will use my knowledge and skills to help you reach your fitness goals.
