Zoe Calio
Zoë Calio Exercise Is Medicine Coordinator

I greatly value whole body health by focusing on creating exercise & physical activity habits for optimal health and wellness. My exercise prescription specialty focuses on creating workouts that target the aerobic, muscular, flexibility, and balance components of fitness. I believe in the healing and preventative effects of exercise by using it to prevent and treat diseases as well as to increase overall quality of life. I’m passionate on educating clients & the community on the benefits of aerobic and muscular exercise for enhanced heart health, cognitive health, increasing bone density, and reduced risks of developing diseases such as osteoporosis and diabetes. Through my graduate education, I have experience in working with cardiac and orthopedic rehab patients, youth & young adults, seniors, and a variety of special populations. I would love to partner with you to help you not only achieve your fitness goals, but maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
