When it comes to changing our behavior, many of us know what we should be doing, but we may struggle with how to accomplish it.
We often don’t have clear expectations or reasons for changing or maybe we don’t have the right tools. Join us to learn more about how you can create a long-term change in your life. Half of each session will consist of learning about a topic related to behavior change such as motivation, mindset, and overcoming barriers. The other half of the session will involve sharing our experiences and supporting each other.
Join us for these free sessions on Wednesday, September 4th at 12pm and Monday, September 23rd at 5pm. No advance registration is required.
